At GHS Music Products, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to materials, safety and construction is our priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, you may return any items from your initial order for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 21 days from shipping date.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
GHS Music Products will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc..).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:
- Special orders
- Banshee or Banshee 2 due to the tube
- Any opened string packages
- Custom gauge string sets
